Hey, I'm Elizabeth Wang.
But most people call me Liz.
I care about creating things — especially experiences that feel thoughtful and intentional. Hopefully things that say, “this was made for you with care.” I try to lead with empathy, listen closely, and design in ways that reflect how people actually live, feel, and connect, both experientially and visually.
？Why design?
I’ve always been curious about people, behavior, and the ordinary things we tend to overlook. For a long time, I had too many interests to choose from. Then I found UX Design — a space where understanding and making go hand in hand. It made sense then, and it still does.
✌︎ When I’m not designing...
I’m probably doodling in the margins of a notebook, trimming my bangs at odd hours, chatting about hypotheticals with ChatGPT, or curating specific music playlists. I like small rituals, nostalgic moments, and collecting things that make me feel human — like letters, stickers, or snippets of conversations.
⛅︎ Two things not on my resume, but worth mentioning:
1. My first job was at a healthcare & daycare center for children with mental and physical disabilities. It taught me how to slow down, listen closely, and meet people where they are. I still carry those lessons with me.
2. I grew up as a Girl Scout, where I spent years working on projects that gave back to the community. That’s where I first learned how to lead with purpose — something I try to do in both life and design.
